Top 20 most searched-for new car reviews by brand on whatcar.com

Positive reviews for the new BMW M3 and M4 performance cars and a good reaction to the new i4 electric car means that the German brand keeps its place at the top of our list this month, although the gap between it and second-place Volkswagen is narrowing.

Elsewhere, Suzuki and Vauxhall both re-enter our top 20, likely bolstered by fresh Target Price savings netting buyers good savings on models including the Vitara small SUV (£3005) and Grandland X family SUV (£6681). Indeed, both models have among the most generous discounts in their respective categories. Those brands displace Citroen and Mini, which were present in our list last month. Peugeot and Mercedes-Benz also rise two places respectively, the latter helped by review updates for both the GLB and GLC Coupe SUVs.
