Top 20 most searched-for new car reviews by brand on whatcar.com

Dacia makes the biggest single gain this month, coming from outside the top 20 to take 15th position – a move no doubt helped by the brand revealing its new Duster family SUV. Other gains come from Hyundai and Peugeot, which both move two places up our rankings.

In the case of Hyundai, this is likely helped by continued interest in the new EV6 electric car, as well as our new reviews of the Bayon SUV and the i20 N hot hatch. For Peugeot, interest is helped by strong Target Price deals on well-rated models including the 5008 large SUV (up to £2901 off at the time of writing), and the 3008 family SUV (up to £3322 at the time of writing).

While some brands rise, however, others must fall, and both Lexus and Land Rover fall three places each this time, while Jaguar, which took 20th position last month, falls out of our list this time to be replaced by Suzuki. The Japanese brand is currently offering tempting discounts on models including the Vitara small SUV (up to £3277) and the S-Cross Hybrid (up to £3286).
