Cars generating the most leads on What Car?

This month’s biggest mover was the Volkswagen T-Roc small SUV, which jumped seven places up our rankings compared with last month. That rise is no doubt partially helped by the addition of new entry-level Active trim to the line-up, but also by improving Target Price discounts. Indeed, at the time of writing, savvy buyers can save up to £3841 on this five-star SUV. That’s one of the more generous savings within the small SUV segment.

Elsewhere, three more SUVs also made big gains over the last month, with the all-electric Skoda Enyaq iV moving up five places, and the Volkswagen Tiguan and Ford Kuga both moving six places up our rankings.

While one Volkswagen Group product experienced last month’s biggest gain, another fell the furthest, because the Seat Ateca family SUV dropped from ninth to 14th position. That’s despite savings of up to £2660 being available at the time of writing.

Nothing can top the Volvo XC40 at the top of our list, however. Not only is it our most popular new car review by a country mile, but it also generated more than 1000 extra leads for What Car? approved dealers than this month’s second-place car.
