New Car Buying Marketplace Insights – August

New Car Buying: cars generating the most leads from buyers at whatcar.com

Interest in the new Ford Kuga plug-in hybrid SUV sees that car enter into our top 20 for the first time in recent memory, helped by discounts of close to £3000 at the time of writing. This interest has a knock-on effect on our Car of the Year, the Ford Puma, too, with that car rising several places up our rankings.

Elsewhere, the Toyota Corolla and Nissan Juke both put in fresh appearances, too, buoyed by discounts of up to £1829 and £3428 respectively. No car rises higher on our list than the Audi Q2, however, which comes from outside the top 20 to take 12th position. With very healthy discounts available, and with Target PCP prices starting from just £219 per month, it’s little wonder that buyers are interested in this four-star premium small SUV.
